About CreaTink

Meet Dr Tink Fletcher.

Artist, musician, educator and creative wellbeing practitioner bringing together creativity, learning and experience in aged care and disability.

A CreaTink Arts mural created in Queensland

Creative work in the real world β€” including recent mural projects in Queensland.

The person behind CreaTink

Creativity has always been part of my work.

I wanted to bring together my love of art and music with my experience in aged care and disability. I saw a need for activities that are not simply about keeping people occupied, but are purposeful, engaging and meaningful.

CreaTink is about creating experiences where people can make, explore, connect and have something to look forward to β€” with the activity shaped around them.

My work can range from a small one-on-one creative session to a group workshop, community project or large mural. The common thread is creativity with purpose.

CreaTink brings together creative practice, relevant qualifications, practical experience and professional safeguards. Public liability insurance and manual handling training support the safe delivery of activities in community and organisational settings.

A little more about the approach

Creative, practical and person-centred.

CreaTink is not designed around a single formula. I listen to what the organisation or individual needs, then work out what kind of creative experience is realistic, enjoyable and meaningful in that setting.

β€œStart with the person. Then choose the activity.”

Artist first. People always.

These photos show the practical side of CreaTink: designing, painting, problem-solving and bringing an idea to life in a real space.

Whether the project is a mural, a group activity, a one-on-one creative session or a bespoke program, the goal is the same β€” create something purposeful, engaging and meaningful.
